Forest School Farm Day

We were lucky enough to be invited to a local farm to spend the day there so we said yes! We all walked together through the woods to our base camp set next to a field of cows and their calves and sheep with their lambs. The farmer brought over some newborn chicks and the children took it in turns to hold them in the palm of their hands. The rest of the day was spent climbing tree roots, mixing up mud pies, running down hills and having a glorious time exploring the nature around us.
